VENDOR FEE: $600 PER TABLE 

A vendor table includes 6' table, 2 chairs, and power supply.  Any snacks, drinks or meals provided to attendees are also provided for up to 2 vendor representatives.  If you are bringing more than two people or guests to the conference, additional fees will apply, please select "Additional Attendee" on the vendor registration form below. 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

    • Vendor table fee will be waived
