A vendor table includes 6' table, 2 chairs, and power supply.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

$5,000 - Sponsor an Evening Get Together
- Signs will be posted during registration and during the event thanking the sponsor
- Includes 5 minutes to speak during the general session
$2,500 - Sponsor a Speaker
- Signs will be posted during the speaker's sessions thanking the sponsor
- Includes 5 minutes to speak during the general session
$1500 - Sponsor a Break
- Signs will be posted during the break thanking the sponsor

Vendor/ Sponsor Registration

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be allowed up to 14 days before the event. Substitutions of personnel will be allowed up until the event starts. If there is an emergency, please contact Colene Domenech at 503-209-3274. No refunds will be made after June 23, 2025, unless prior approval has been granted by the President of ONEA. Note: a $25 refund fee will be processed if registration was paid by credit card.
